Section 43
Scope of the case
(1) The following cases to be filed in accordance with this code may be filed by the following officers or persons in the relevant court:-
(a) In the case of offenses under Schedule-1 and Schedule-2, the relevant public prosecutor shall, as an indictment, (b) In the form of a complaint or report related to offenses under Schedule-3 by the Government of Nepal, a constitutional body, a court or any public officer,
(c) A case related to an offense under Schedule-4 can be filed in the form of a complaint by a person entitled or interested, (2) If a case is filed in accordance with sub-section (1), such case shall be deemed to be filed in accordance with this Code.
